See my affliction and rescue me, * for I have not forgotten your law.

Plead my cause and redeem me; * according to your promise, preserve my life.

Keep distant from the wicked your salvation, * because they do not study your statutes.

Your mercies are many, Yahweh; * according to your decrees preserve my life.

Though my persecutors and adversaries are many, * I do not turn away from your terms.

I looked at the faithless and was disgusted, * because they did not keep your command.

See how I love your precepts! * Yahweh, in your kindness preserve my life.

Your truth is the essence of your word, Eternal One, * your justice is the content of your judgment.
