I thank you, Yahweh, for though you were angry with me, * your anger has passed and you give me comfort.

    Truly, El is my Savior; * I am confident and have no fear.

       I am strong and can sing because of Yah. * Yahweh has been my salvation.

    That day you will draw water with joy * at the springs of salvation,

    saying, “Give thanks to Yahweh; * call on his name!”

       Make known to the nations his mighty deeds! * declare how great is his name!

    Sing to Yahweh; he has done glorious deeds; * let them be known throughout the world!

People of Zion, sing and shout for joy, * for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.
