Retreats Workshops Missions

by

Fr. Richard de Ranitz, O.P.

The retreats and workshops I most enjoy giving are for people who believe that the words of Jesus, "I came that they might have life and have it to the full, " (Jn. 10.10) are referring to the total person: body, mind and spirit in relationships.

To facilitate this happening I offer processes in my retreats and workshops whereby people can experience their God-given energy, wisdom and compassion. I teach Bioenergetics, Mindfulness Meditation, Tai Chi, and the theory and practice of Guided Imagery often using the Sacred Scriptures. I offer times for individual and communal prayer.

Experience: ··

The total giving of oneself to the God who is beyond all thoughts, yet, within all.

  • Meditation
  • Tai Chi
  • Grounding and expressing through Bioenergetics
  • Theological preaching and teaching
  • Communication skills
  • The core understanding of Social Justice
  • Accepting our limits
  • Guided Imagery
